Gifted and Talented Education degree programs

A master's in gifted and talented education program prepares teachers to identify high-ability learners and design instruction that stretches them, from curriculum compacting to independent study and acceleration. Most students already hold a teaching license and enroll to add a gifted-education endorsement rather than to earn a first license. Graduates go on to serve as gifted-program specialists, differentiation coaches, and classroom teachers who lead their school's talent-development work.
